Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aybora app and related services (the "Service") provided by Aybora ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

1. Who can use Aybora

Aybora is a business tool for people aged 18 and over. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for them.

You are responsible for the information you give us being accurate, for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. One account can manage several business profiles. Tell us straight away at support@aybora.app if you suspect unauthorised use.

2. The Service

Aybora helps you plan and create social media content: it analyses your business profile, suggests content plans and ideas, writes captions, designs carousels and video reels, and publishes or schedules posts to the Instagram and Facebook accounts you connect. We keep improving the Service, so features may change, be added or be removed over time.

3. Plans, subscriptions and credits

Free and Pro. Aybora can be used on a free plan with limited features and usage. Aybora Pro unlocks additional features, such as the content studios, a higher AI allowance and monthly media credits. What each plan includes is shown in the app.

Billing. Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your Aybora account or the app does not cancel a store subscription.

Free trials. If a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. Some trial allowances may be lower than the full Pro allowance.

Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled under their policies. You can request one from them directly.

Credits and limits. Some features use media credits or count towards an AI usage allowance. Credits and allowances renew each billing period, do not carry over unless the app says otherwise, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. If a generation fails, the credits for it are returned automatically.

Price changes. We may change prices or plan contents. Price changes for an existing subscription take effect from the next renewal, and you will be told in advance as required by the store.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add to Aybora — your business information, ideas, notes, photos, videos, logos and other materials ("Your Content") — and of the content you create with it.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, adapt and display Your Content only as needed to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending it to our AI providers and publishing posts you approve to your connected accounts. This licence ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service, except for residual copies described in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the rights needed for Your Content, including permission from people who appear in your photos and videos, and that Your Content and its use through the Service do not break any law or anyone else’s rights.

5. AI-generated content

Aybora uses artificial intelligence to suggest and create text, images and video. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and similar output may be generated for other users. Please review everything before you publish it. You decide what to publish and you are responsible for content published from your accounts, including making sure it is truthful, lawful and follows the rules of the platforms you post to.

Subject to these Terms, we do not claim ownership of the output generated for you, and you may use it for your business.

6. Connected accounts and third-party services

When you connect Instagram or Facebook, you authorise us to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant — for example to publish posts you approve and read their insights. Your use of those platforms remains subject to Meta’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or changes to them; if a platform rejects or removes a post, changes its features or limits access, some parts of the Service may not work as expected.

App Store and Google Play purchases are also governed by Apple’s and Google’s terms. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Service.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful;
  • create or publish content that infringes others’ rights, or that is hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, or misleading;
  • impersonate any person or business, or connect accounts you are not authorised to manage;
  • send spam or manipulate engagement on social platforms;
  • try to get around plan limits, credits or security measures, or access the Service by automated means other than those we provide;
  • copy, resell, reverse engineer or interfere with the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

We may remove content or limit features where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

8. Our rights

The Service, including the app, software, design, templates, styles and the Aybora name and logo, belongs to us and our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Aybora at any time and delete your account in the app (Account → Delete account). Remember to cancel any store subscription separately.

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service, other users or third parties. Where reasonable, we will tell you in advance and give you a chance to fix the issue. If we stop offering the Service, we will give you reasonable notice.

10. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep Aybora reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, that posts will be published at an exact time, or that using it will lead to particular results such as reach, followers or sales.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will show the date of the latest version at the top, and if the changes are significant we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia, unless mandatory law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
