Delete your data

You can delete your Aybora account and all the data connected to it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data, including the data we receive from Instagram and Facebook.

Delete your account in the app

  • Open the Aybora app and sign in.
  • Tap your avatar at the top of the home screen, then Settings.
  • Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your account and every business profile it owns are permanently deleted from our database, together with their ideas, notes, content plans, posts, AI conversations and connected social accounts. For connected Instagram and Facebook accounts this includes the access token, account ID, username and the post insights we stored. Residual copies in backups, server logs and uploaded files may remain for a limited period before they are removed, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Only disconnect Instagram or Facebook

To remove only the social account and keep using Aybora, open Connect your social pages in the app and tap Disconnect. We delete the stored access token and account details for that connection.

You can also remove Aybora’s access from Instagram itself: in the Instagram app go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, choose Aybora and tap Remove. For Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.

Can’t access the app?

Email support@aybora.app from the email address of your Aybora account with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will delete your account and data and confirm by email within 30 days.
